- Q: Do you accept insurance for hair loss?
  A: Yes—medical insurance accepted for qualifying cases; we also offer Cherry Medical Finance.
- Q: Do you require a consultation for medical hair systems?
  A: Yes—consultation required for custom medical systems.

Policies
- Shipping: Custom items typically spend 3 days in transit . Expedited options may be available at checkout.
- Returns & Exchanges: Because items are custom and custom-colored, returns are not accepted. If the color is off , contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos & we will correct it !
