Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. We fully trust USPS, FedEx , and Postal Services to deliver packages in a timely manner. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier provided in your shipping email. Grace Custom Hair will not refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages. Please keep in mind we WILL NOT change shipping address once your order is placed. If your package is returned to our facility due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address information. It is the customers responsibility to ensure accurate information is entered when placing the order.
