Refund policy
ALL Hair items offered on this site is FINAL SALE due to health and sanitary issues according to federal laws. We cannot allow returns or exchanges. If your item is defective, please notify us within one (1) day of receiving the item. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect to determine if the hair is defective. However, if the hair has been worn, processed, cut, brushed, removed from bundle clips, or tried on...we will NOT process your exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Grace Custom Hair with a complete tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to message us with their tracking numbers before shipping the hair back. Tracking numbers protect you, the customer, and our business.
Pageant Hair : if your custom hair color needs adjustment. Please notify us within (5) business days . We will correct the color and cover any shipping fees after we correct . Past (5) days will result in a $55 recoloring fee .
We are unable to change, modify or cancel any orders.
Please be aware if you send back a product without a tracking number and your package is lost, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!
Please allow us 5-7 days to process your color correction upon receipt of package. We strongly encourage every customer to add insurance in case of courier issues.
